Love this headband that comes with a hair band stitched inside it.. The only thing is that it is pretty tight and gives me a headache .. but I love it and how it ties over the stitched in hair band that keeps it to your head as you go thru the moving air around you on the road.. enjoy it's worthy.. just be prepared for the major headache that goes with it..
